Over the last eight months, GIPro has richly deepened my leadership approach in relation to emerging issues. A holistic leadership that follows an adjustable model has been witnessed as far as continued leadership’ growth and development is concerned. This has necessitated the need to employ structural adjustment programs if sustainable development must be achieved.

For my placement I am based in the Planning office at Narok where I am learning the role of planning for the economic development of the country.
