My work is in Passport production: verification of applicants’ documents, file opening, creating soft files, facilitating recommendation, approval and finally printing and issuance of passports. I have been lately engaged in the Customer Care desk and soon, should be working in the Visa office. The terrain is not easy, but it is interesting and presents a perfect ground for growth with daily encounters of ethical dilemmas that require me to make values-based decisions on a daily basis. I am enjoying learning people skills and real time application of my theoretical knowledge. There is also great joy serving ordinary desperate Kenyans on a daily basis, and watching them leave so full joy and satisfaction.
