For the last six months now, my work has involved verifying, vetting and disbursement of loans applied for by youths. The experience is giving me a keen eye for detail and opening me up to the existing gaps in enterprise development. This awareness is providing opportunities that we can leverage on as we seek to build a sustainable and economically empowered youth.

It has also been an opportunity for me to live out my values and grow in soft skills such as communication, negotiation, data entry, just to mention a few.
